eSIM Pro - Purchase Policy

This Purchase Policy governs the sale of digital eSIM services and top-ups through the eSIM Pro platform. By completing a transaction, you agree to these terms.
1. Digital Nature of Products
All eSIM plans and top-ups sold on eSIM Pro are digital, non-tangible products. Upon purchase, you receive an eSIM profile via a QR code or manual activation code. There is no physical delivery of any product.
2. Order Confirmation
A purchase is considered complete once the payment is successfully processed and the activation details are provided to you. Order confirmation is sent via email and displayed in your account dashboard.
3. Pricing
Prices are subject to change based on roaming rates and currency fluctuations. The price at the time of purchase is final.
4. Data Usage and Validity
Each eSIM package has a specific data limit and validity period (e.g., 7 days, 30 days). Validity begins either upon installation or first connection to a supported network, as specified in the plan details.
5. Refund Conditions
Refunds are only issued for technical failures where the eSIM cannot be activated on a compatible, unlocked device. No refunds are provided for:
- Locked or incompatible devices.
- Used or partially used data plans.
- Change of travel plans.
- Expired validity.
